Specialised single-bellow expansion joints for generator exhaust connections, diesel engine exhaust ducting, and industrial engine compartments. SS 316L construction rated to +600°C peak exhaust gas temperature. Size range DN 50 to DN 600 (round) and custom rectangular; interlock liner protects bellows from high-velocity exhaust turbulence. Absorbs axial compression up to 30 mm and lateral offset up to 15 mm.
Application: Diesel generator exhaust connections, gas engine exhaust systems, industrial engine compartments, and automotive exhaust ducting. Essential wherever exhaust backpressure loads, vibration, or thermal expansion must be isolated from the engine block, turbocharger, or silencer.
Smooth bore PTFE-lined hose with stainless steel outer braid. Non-stick inner surface prevents product contamination. Maximum chemical resistance for aggressive chemicals and high-purity applications.
