Application: Liquid, viscous, and gaseous media filtration in high-pressure pipelines; protects valves, meters, and process equipment.
Welded conical strainer installed between standard flanges to remove foreign matter from pipelines. Fabricated from SS 304/316 wire mesh over a perforated core, the conical geometry delivers up to 100% open area in standard sizes: maximising flow capacity at minimal pressure drop. Essential protection during turbine and pump commissioning to capture weld splatter, rust, and construction debris before it damages impellers, seals, and bearings.
Application: Pipeline protection for downstream equipment across commissioning, startup, and continuous service applications. Critical for steam turbine and pump commissioning: installed upstream of turbine steam inlet, pump suction, and compressor suction to capture weld slag, pipe scale, gasket material, and construction debris. Also used as a permanent in-line strainer where the conical geometry suits the available space or pressure-drop budget.
Cast and welded Y-type strainer for liquid and gaseous pipelines. Y-configuration allows easy blow-off cleanout without line shutdown. Size range DN 15 to DN 400; mesh 0.5–3 mm; temperature rating up to 400°C for steam service.
Application: General pipeline protection; steam, water, gas, oil, and chemical service lines protecting downstream equipment.
